Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use mattother.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Mattother Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, not by Mattother Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Is General

What you read on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one home may not fit yours. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how easy it is to reach, and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. If you have questions, contact your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood and damaged structures into the picture. Please do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Mattother Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. Even so, we cannot promise that it is complete or has no mistakes.
